Lead digital production initiatives across web and app channels, translating creative and business needs into structured, executable plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of digital producers, ensuring consistency in intake, scoping, estimation, and routing.
• Partner with senior leadership on prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and end-to-end workflow management.
• Translate requests into clear production plans with timelines, dependencies, and resource needs while upholding intake quality.
• Develop project budgets, track actuals versus estimates, and correct variances to meet efficiency expectations.
• Apply UX/UI principles to guide layout and interaction, ensuring deliverables match creative intent and channel optimization.

Required Skills

• 10+ years experience in digital production, including leading producers or intake teams.
• Strong proficiency in Workfront, SharePoint, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience delivering web and app-based content projects.
• Ability to control actuals versus plan and manage project budgets.
• Fluency in digital tools and workflows across digital, marketing, brand, and tech teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to escalate risks and priorities effectively.
• Experience providing clear reporting on project status, risks, and performance.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or relevant field.
