Description

Manage project delivery for critical, complex strategic initiatives within the Digital & Information Technology organization.

Responsibilities

• Execute project management delivery for strategic initiatives to ensure successful outcomes and met objectives.
• Identify and manage interdependencies within complex environments to maintain planning and commitment.
• Provide operational support to leadership through executive-level communications and portfolio transparency.
• Standardize team operations using LEAN principles to eliminate non-value-added activity.
• Develop and implement change management strategies to maximize adoption and minimize resistance to new systems and processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT Project or Program Management experience.
• Proven experience in Change Management and conducting change impact analysis.
• Strong background in MDM or other data-related experience.
• Experience managing complex initiatives that cross multiple business units or product groups.
• Ability to break down complex ideas into digestible, actionable activities.
• Outstanding written communication skills for executive-level reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Industrial Design, or Business.

Preferred Skills

• ERP implementation experience.
• Supply chain experience.
