You will lead web project delivery, managing objectives, work plans, and stakeholder communication while executing the software release process.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and maintain detailed work plans and documentation.
• Manage user stories and issue resolution in Azure DevOps.
• Lead team tasks, plan communication cadence, and escalate issues timely.
• Execute software release processes and manage quality assurance testing.
• Collaborate with technical teams and leadership to drive outcomes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years managing web projects and delivering quality websites.
• Expertise in Azure DevOps for ticketing and issue resolution.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and modern software development practices.
• Experience setting up project management tooling for teams.
• Strong ability to multi-task with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in interfaces with technical teams and cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Background in journalism, writing, or marketing with SEO familiarity.
• Proficiency in CMS like AEM and tools like Airtable or Jira.
