Description

Manage delivery of customer-facing digital projects and drive enhancements across multiple devices to meet sales, retention, and cost targets.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and prioritize client project activities in collaboration with business and delivery stakeholders.
• Build and develop multidisciplinary teams with the necessary structure and skill levels for future planning.
• Maintain project visibility by tracking metrics related to timeline, cost, effort, and risk management.
• Partner with technical leads to oversee architecture, ensuring solutions are flexible, loosely coupled, and performant.
• Align project execution with DevOps principles, focusing on automation, CI/CD, and continuous operational monitoring.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Deep experience in the Banking domain.
• Proven expertise in Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence up to director level.
• Proficiency in project planning, estimation, and risk management.
• Experience in vendor management and team leadership.
• Strong negotiation, diplomacy, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to monitor and review operational metrics to validate product effectiveness.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Koney (Infinity Quantum Visualizer & Fabric).
• Experience with Transact.
