You manage the full project lifecycle for website code releases and digital channel initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage all code and UX changes for Brand.com sites and digital channels.
• Liaise between internal IT departments, third-party developers, and cross-functional teams including Marketing, eCommerce, and Sales.
• Manage code releases and coordinate deployments with QA Managers, Technical Leads, and Release Engineers.
• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from requirements gathering and scope definition through testing, deployment, and post-launch analysis.
• Monitor code quality, syntax consistency, and server performance to minimize downtime and optimize page speeds.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT digital project delivery experience.
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with AWS management and optimization.
• Proficiency in Agile Development and Project Management methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and Digital Asset Management (DAM).
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external agencies.
• Technical knowledge of eCommerce technologies and QA processes.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree.
• Domestic and international experience with a multi-cultural mindset.
