Description

You will manage the end-to-end delivery of digital projects using Agile and hybrid methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Execute project delivery within defined timelines and budget constraints.
• Implement Agile best practices and manage project execution.
• Lead delivery teams and stakeholders through structured communication and governance.
• Develop and monitor project KPIs and measurements for governance.
• Control project costs, risks, and resource allocation.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of professional experience in project management.
• Proven track record managing large to mid-scale product implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Full Stack Development, RPA/BOTs, and COTS product rollouts.
• Expertise in Agile and hybrid project methodologies.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps or MS Project.
• Experience managing both internal delivery and vendor-driven projects.
• Familiarity with Time & Materials (T&M) and Fixed Bid contract models.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
