Description

You will manage end-to-end delivery of digital projects using Agile and hybrid methodologies, ensuring execution within defined timelines and budget constraints.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute project delivery for large to mid-scale product implementations, controlling costs, risks, and resource allocation.
• Implement Agile best practices and manage project execution for both internal teams and vendor-driven projects.
• Lead delivery teams and stakeholders through structured communication and governance frameworks.
• Develop and monitor project KPIs and measurements to ensure governance and success.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of professional experience in project management.
• Hands-on experience with Full Stack Development, RPA/BOTs, and COTS product rollouts.
• Expertise in Agile and hybrid project methodologies.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps or MS Project.
• Experience managing Time & Materials (T&M) and Fixed Bid contract models.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
