Description

You will manage digital projects supporting strategic initiatives and ensure timely delivery within budget.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project requirements, review budgets, and monitor schedules.
• Develop detailed plans, track progress, and generate status reports.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams, clients, and management throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate executive summaries and key milestone updates.
• Identify project issues and resolve them while adhering to specifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a similar project management role.
• Experience working within sprint, Kanban, and agile environments.
• Practical experience with Salesforce Marketing and/or Commerce Cloud.
• Familiarity with Confluence and Jira software.
• Understanding of MarTech architecture and data flow between environments.
• Knowledge of CRM personalization, site personalization, and marketing data.
• Ability to manage multiple PM software systems (e.g., Jira, Monday.com, Asana, Trello).
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
