Job description:

Responsibilities

1. Lead digital quality engineering initiatives, automation strategy, and test framework development for enterprise applications.
2. Design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Selenium, Python, and Playwright.
3. Develop and enhance BDD frameworks using Cucumber/Gherkin to support business-driven testing.
4. Establish and manage CI/CD quality gates using GitHub Actions to enable continuous testing and delivery.
5. Define automation standards, best practices, and quality engineering processes across teams.
6. Develop AI-assisted testing strategies to improve test efficiency, coverage, and defect detection.
7. Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define testing approaches for complex digital solutions.
8. Mentor QA engineers and provide technical guidance on automation, framework design, and testing practices.
9. Analyze test results, drive defect resolution, and ensure release readiness.
10. Support Agile delivery teams and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

1. 8+ years of experience in QA Automation / Quality Engineering roles.
2. Strong experience designing and implementing automation frameworks.
3. Hands-on experience with Selenium, Python, and Playwright.
4. Strong experience with BDD frameworks using Cucumber/Gherkin.
5. Experience implementing CI/CD quality gates using GitHub Actions.
6. Experience defining automation strategy and quality engineering practices.
7. Strong understanding of UI, API, and end-to-end automation testing.
8. Experience leading QA initiatives and mentoring automation engineers.
9. Ability to work PST hours.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience implementing AI-assisted testing strategies and intelligent automation solutions.
2. Experience with enterprise digital platforms and eCommerce applications.
3. Experience with API automation and service-level testing.
4. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
5. Experience driving automation adoption across multiple teams
