Description

You will manage the end-to-end quality assurance process for digital products, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with architectural strategy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write and execute manual and automated test cases to validate requirements and move stories to Done status.
• Identify, track, and document bugs, regression issues, and enhancement requests through to resolution.
• Coordinate with developers and stakeholders to understand technical requirements and manage testing priorities.
• Report on testing progress, results, and deployment strategies to project teams and product owners.
• Review user interfaces for functional consistency and participate in iteration planning and project status meetings.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• Proven experience with automated testing and implementing automated testing scenarios.
• Strong understanding of Agile SDLC, including ceremonies such as kickoffs and desk checks.
• Technical understanding of digital platforms, cloud computing, and APIs.
• Experience working on large-scale projects within large organizations.
• 2-3 years of experience working in hybrid resource environments involving in-house, contractor, and partner resources.
• Expertise in QA best practices and the development of comprehensive Test Plans.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD), Software as a Service (SaaS), DevOps, and SRE.
