Description

You will lead accessibility initiatives to ensure digital products comply with WCAG and ADA/ACAA standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct manual and automated audits on web and mobile channels.
• Perform usability testing with assistive technologies and coordinate user testing.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to integrate accessibility into the lifecycle.
• Provide specific, actionable solutions for accessibility issues.
• Generate reports on accessibility metrics and progress.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in digital accessibility or UX.
• Deep proficiency in WCAG and ADA/ACAA standards.
• Hands-on experience with VoiceOver, JAWS, NVDA, and ZoomText.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience using accessibility testing tools such as Deque Axe.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, HCI, or related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects within timelines.
• Must be eligible to work without sponsorship.

Preferred Skills

• IAAP certifications (CPACC or WAS).
