Description

You will lead digital accessibility strategy and execution across client-facing products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the digital accessibility roadmap, embedding accessibility across all digital products.
• Coordinate program milestones, timelines, and deliverables across cross-functional teams.
• Conduct accessibility audits of digital channels using manual testing and automated tools.
• Provide practical remediation guidance to design, development, and product teams.
• Mentor accessibility champions and subject matter experts across the organization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in digital accessibility, including program management or hands-on auditing/testing.
• Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, ADA, Section 508, EAA, and related accessibility regulations.
• Experience conducting hands-on accessibility audits of websites and mobile apps.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g., Deque Axe) and assistive technologies.
• Excellent communication skills with proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Must be local to Chicago and willing to work in a hybrid environment.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ARIA).
• Experience developing or coding for accessibility.
