Description

Drive mid-size feature application design and development from concept through completion, leading medium-scale projects with significant autonomy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop features for mid-size applications, translating complex designs into functional code.
• Lead medium-scale projects and drive key architectural decisions in design discussions.
• Analyze and troubleshoot coding, performance, and design issues by researching root causes.
• Partner with external vendors and manage escalations to mitigate project risks across multiple teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in product development or product management.
• Expertise in leading core Java-based application development projects.
• Strong command of Java, Application Design, and Software Development principles.
• Solid understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Proficiency in Agile Methodology.
• Experience with Digital Architecture.
• Skilled in Debugging and application performance analysis.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with third-party service providers.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
