Description

You will lead application design and development for medium-scale projects, owning the full development lifecycle from architecture to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive mid-size feature application design and development as a technical lead.
• Analyze root causes for coding defects, performance bottlenecks, and scalability issues in frontend applications.
• Define application architecture, state management patterns, and modular design decisions.
• Optimize deployment pipelines and development workflows for efficiency.
• Mentor team members and communicate technical risks and progress across teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in product development, specifically building single-page applications.
• Proficiency in Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with Node.js, Git, Webpack, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong background in unit testing and integration testing.
• Ability to apply information modeling, data structures, and algorithms to complex UI interactions.
• Experience leading infrastructure programs and driving culture change in agile environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with esbuild, Modfed, shell scripting, and Angular Library package development.
• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot and NgRx state management.
