You will lead software development initiatives within an Agile framework, owning the technical direction and delivery of enterprise applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead software development initiatives across the entire lifecycle, from design to deployment.
• Engineer solutions within an Agile team to meet sprint goals and write production code.
• Define and contribute to technical standards, best practices, and quality assurance protocols.
• Partner with stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues and drive architectural decisions.
• Contribute to the technical community through documentation and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or Developer.
• Expert proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Proven background in Microservices architecture and service-oriented design.
• Hands-on experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in developing and consuming REST API services.
• Experience with Angular for front-end development.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native development.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
