Description

Lead an AI-first testing strategy to transform quality engineering across applications and platforms, managing multiple teams including people, budget, and planning.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage a highly automated testing pipeline for rapid, high-quality releases.
• Implement AI-powered solutions for functional, integration, smoke, and performance testing, including self-healing automation.
• Oversee the end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle, enforcing agile, CI, and CD best practices.
• Direct Quality Engineers in creating AI agents and automation practices that enable agile squads.
• Drive compliance with laws and regulations while applying ethical judgment to trade-offs.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of relevant experience in product line management, e-commerce, or strategic planning.
• Proven track record managing the full SDLC for large-scale, complex software projects.
• Deep expertise in AI-driven quality engineering, using machine learning for test case generation and risk prediction.
• Strong background in CI/CD, performance testing, test automation, and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience with modern software architecture patterns and risk assessment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in budget planning, team development, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a relevant technical field.
• Experience with synthetic data generation and self-healing automation frameworks.
