Description

You will architect and deliver enterprise ServiceNow solutions across CSM, ITSM, and ITOM domains.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable ServiceNow architectures aligned with business requirements.
• Lead implementation and configuration of CSM, ITSM, and ITOM modules.
• Apply ITIL Foundation principles to optimize service management processes.
• Integrate cybersecurity practices and programs into platform workflows.
• Drive Agile and Scrum methodologies throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow solution design and implementation.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for CSM, ITSM, and ITOM.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• CTA or CMA certification.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity practices and government community cloud environments.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Government Community Cloud deployments.
• Advanced knowledge of ITOM discovery and service mapping.
