Description

Support the Lead Stylist and Fashion Director in executing fashion office projects and styling operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, source, shop, and manage returns for fashion shows and supplemental styling products.
• Support PR and VIP custom dressing initiatives.
• Participate in fittings, style outs, and coordinate with third-party tailors and ateliers.
• Organize raw materials and manage the cataloging and tracking of all products and samples.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of styling or retail operations experience.
• Deep understanding of editorial photography, social media, and digital product experiences.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Excel.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and frequent changes in project scope.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to engage in significant travel.
• Graduate degree in any field.
