Design and document system architectures for automotive embedded telematics, including electronic control units.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and document system architectures for electronic control units, including microprocessors and software.
• Develop and execute Verification & Validation (V&V) activities for embedded systems.
• Engineer requirements and create technical profiles for system components.
• Utilize tools like Visio Professional to create network and boundary diagrams for architecture design.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in the Automotive Embedded Telematics Domain.
• Proficiency in Embedded C programming.
• Familiarity with cloud interfaces, specifically AWS IoT Services and Azure.
• Knowledge of communication protocols including J1939 and UDS.
• Experience applying legislation frameworks such as EU7 and OBM.
• Competency with system design methodologies, including the System V-Model.
• Experience using Six Sigma tools like iDFMEA and FTA/Fishbone.
• Experience operating within Agile processes using tools like JIRA.
• Familiarity with API debugging using Postman.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working as a Product Owner in Agile/Scrum/Kanban environments.
• Knowledge of Software Defined Vehicle concepts.
