Description

You will translate business needs into technical specifications and ensure seamless integration between web, mobile, and enterprise systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into detailed technical system requirements and interface specifications.
• Investigate enterprise and vendor APIs to assess data availability and system capabilities.
• Map data between interfacing systems and perform application and service testing.
• Conduct root cause analysis of system issues using logs, database information, and scenario testing.
• Participate in all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and backlog refinement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical analysis or a related role.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries for data investigation.
• Working knowledge of XML and JSON data structures.
• Experience with Services-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Microservices.
• Understanding of multi-tier applications (presentation, services-processing, and data management tiers).
• Experience with enterprise and vendor API integration.
• Practical experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Ability to document complex system requirements and interface specifications.

• Experience writing requirements specifically for mobile or web applications.
• Experience writing requirements for mobile or web services.
