Description

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects, specifically web and mobile applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, timeline, and resource allocation strategies.
• Direct cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and meet client expectations.
• Engage with clients to define digital objectives and maintain professional relationships.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Define and track KPIs to report on project status and performance improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in digital delivery or similar leadership roles.
• Extensive experience leading digital transformation projects in Retail, Insurance, or Telecom sectors.
• Proven track record in Omni-channel transformation and customer journey redesign.
• Technical experience with Telecom BSS and implementing product catalogs using Amdocs or Ericsson.
• Strong understanding of web and mobile technologies and user experience principles.
• Experience managing digital projects using established project management methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Agile, Scrum, SEO, CMS, or PMP certification.
• Knowledge of mobile app development frameworks and content management systems.
