Description

You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for digital insurance solutions, bridging business strategy with technical execution. You translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and manage the product backlog using RICE, MoSCoW, or WSJF frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals, conducting market analysis and competitor benchmarking.
• Drive data-backed decisions using KPIs, dashboards, A/B testing, and user behavior analytics to optimize digital experiences.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and UX teams to design scalable, secure, and compliant digital solutions.
• Manage the product backlog, writing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria while prioritizing features.
• Act as the central communication point between business, engineering, compliance, and operations teams.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of experience in Technical Product Management or Digital Product Ownership.
• Deep understanding of APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-native ecosystems (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong knowledge of Personal Insurance domains including Sales, Services, Payments, and Billing.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and SRE concepts.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum execution, sprint management, and backlog prioritization.
• Familiarity with data engineering fundamentals: ETL, data modeling, and analytics platforms.
• Proven ability in structured problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and risk mitigation in regulated industries.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in BFSI or highly regulated insurance environments.
• Hands-on experience with user research, prototypes, and customer feedback loops.
