Description

Lead the development and execution of the digital transformation roadmap and strategy. Own the assessment of current systems to identify improvement opportunities through new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end digital transformation projects, including intranet implementation, community engagement plans, and mobile app development.
• Partner with department heads to identify use cases, understand requirements, and drive cross-functional adoption.
• Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for proposed technology investments.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Establish KPIs and metrics to track progress, reporting results, risks, and issues to leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience leading digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven expertise with AI, automation, IoT, and cloud technologies.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience in change management to drive organizational adoption.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Strategic thinking applied to technology roadmaps and infrastructure recommendations.
• Any Graduate degree.
