Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of the FCPS digital transformation roadmap and strategy. Assess current systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement through new technologies.
  • Research emerging technologies and digital trends that could benefit the company. Make recommendations on new tools, software, infrastructure etc. that align with business goals.
  • Manage and lead Digital transformation initiatives like an Intranet implementation, community engagement plans, mobile app etc.
  • Partner with department heads across the organization to understand pain points and requirements. Identify use cases for digital solutions and work cross-functionally to drive adoption.
  • Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analysis for proposed technology investments and digital transformation programs.
  • Plan and manage digital transformation projects end-to-end. Coordinate internal teams and external vendors/partners to ensure seamless execution.
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to track progress of digital transformation initiatives. Monitor results, issues, risks and prepare reports for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Evangelize the digital vision and strategy across the company. Educate and update staff on new technologies and processes to gain buy-in.
  • Stay up-to-date on technological advancements, industry trends, and innovative practices to inform future digital strategy.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience leading digital transformation initiatives
  • Expertise across emerging technologies like AI, automation, IoT, cloud, etc.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Change management experience
  • Background in software development/engineering is a plus
