Description

You will lead the implementation of IT programs and projects within the digital transformation portfolio, aligning strategy with portfolio planning through design, review, and prioritization activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the implementation of IT programs and projects across the digital transformation portfolio.
• Align strategy with portfolio planning through design, review, and prioritization activities.
• Support IT governance for mission areas and develop the portfolio in coordination with IT stakeholders.
• Act as a peer coach or mentor to technical staff regarding project management techniques.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to support cross-functional project leadership.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of project management experience with proven supervisory and team leadership experience.
• Experience with IT project management principles, including Agile and Hybrid methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of information technology applications, processes, software, and equipment.
• Experience with ServiceNow project and portfolio management tools.
• Understanding of information systems, teaching and learning technologies, and data architecture.
• Academic Program Management and Data Modeling skills.
• Familiarity with higher education, academic, and research environments.
