Description

You will design and execute bilingual Spanish and English content strategies for websites and mobile applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design digital content strategies and task-based flows using information architecture and UX design best practices.
• Perform content inventories, audits, and gap analyses to inform user-centered content decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, legal, compliance, and marketing to deliver optimal user experiences.
• Develop and maintain content style guides, voice and tone guidelines, and governance documentation.
• Translate complex processes into simple, plain language while adhering to legal and compliance requirements.

Required Skills

• 10 years of professional experience in UX writing, content strategy, or content design for digital products.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Expertise in user-centered design methodology and information architecture.
• Experience designing content for websites, applications, and omnichannel digital experiences.
• Ability to use search engine optimization and keyword research to inform strategy.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders through content approval workflows.
• Strong ability to distill complex information into clear, natural language.
• Experience working within an Agile development process.

Preferred Skills

• Banking industry knowledge or experience in highly regulated environments.
• Experience with enterprise design systems, component libraries, or UI design tools like Figma, Sketch, or InVision.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
