You will champion customer and employee needs across web, mobile, and POS digital platforms through evaluative research.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize user research including customer interviews, card sorts, and in-person or remote usability studies.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to generate product insights and innovations.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Design, and stakeholders to integrate business requirements into research frameworks.
• Partner with analytics and customer insights teams to interpret market trends and behavioral data.
• Communicate research results and opportunities to diverse audiences and senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience performing user research within a software development environment.
• Full lifecycle research experience including study design, recruiting, moderation, analysis, and reporting.
• Proficiency in usability testing, remote testing, card sorts, tree tests, and survey design.
• Expertise in evaluative research, journey mapping, and analytics.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and work autonomously across multiple projects.
• Strong facilitation skills to influence design direction and outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, Cognitive Science, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within Agile or Scrum frameworks.
• Knowledge of UX Design principles.
