Description

You will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for internal digital workplace products and services.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion the vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital workplace products to align with business goals.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation and launch to iteration and retirement.
• Gather and prioritize user feedback and internal requirements to define features and user stories.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across IT, HR, and Communications to communicate product progress.
• Track KPIs to measure product success and analyze data to inform future decisions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product management, specifically focused on digital workplace technologies or internal IT products.
• Proven ability to define and execute product strategies and roadmaps.
• Experience working with agile development methodologies.
• Strong understanding of collaboration platforms, content management systems, and employee experience platforms.
• Proficiency in managing product lifecycles and translating requirements into technical specifications.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Atlassian, Airtable, Smartsheet, Figma, or Lucidchart.
• Experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and change management principles.
• Experience managing external vendor contracts.
