Description

You will design, build, and manage Microsoft 365 solutions and endpoint management strategies for enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and build M365 solutions tailored to specific enterprise requirements.
• Manage migrations of critical workloads to cloud-based platforms.
• Drive customer communication and technical resolution during critical events.
• Document high-level solution designs and create detailed technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across Microsoft technologies and infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft 365, including Teams, Exchange Online, and Office 365.
• 5 years of experience with endpoint solutions, specifically Intune.
• 3-4 years of experience designing and building M365 solutions.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills for administration and deployment tasks.
• Deep understanding of Active Directory and Azure AD Identity models.
• Experience with Enterprise Mobility & Security, Conditional Access, and Power Platform.
• Knowledge of PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) and certificate management.
• Proficiency with DNS, DHCP, GPO, and Windows Server environments.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Microsoft or relevant vendor certifications.
• ITIL V4 Foundation certification or higher.
