Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage Microsoft Intune tenant administration, governance, device enrollment, reporting, and endpoint lifecycle operations.
• Maintain Windows endpoint security standards, including configuration policies, patching, feature updates, compliance, BitLocker, and LAPS.
• Administer Azure Virtual Desktop environments, including image management, user experience, and session host readiness.
• Package, validate, and deploy enterprise applications using MSI, EXE, and PowerShell-based deployment standards.
• Lead Windows upgrade and update management, support major incidents, and participate in on-call operations for global workplace services.

Experience:

• 8-12 years of relevant IT experience in enterprise workplace or infrastructure environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Windows Autopilot, and enterprise endpoint management.
• Solid architecture and platform knowledge across Windows OS, device provisioning, compliance policies, and security baselines.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale endpoint operations with Windows updates, feature upgrades, and user-impact resolution.
• Practical experience with application packaging and deployment, plus working knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop and FSLogix.

Good to Have:

• End user computing experience, along with exposure to Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, BIOS, UEFI, TPM, MECM/SCCM, and Modern Desktop technologies.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
