What's Needed?
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with 10+ years of IT engineering experience.
Extensive hands-on knowledge of Windows and macOS in large enterprise environments, including deployment and lifecycle management.
Expertise with endpoint management tools such as Workspace ONE, Microsoft SCCM/MECM, and Microsoft Intune.
Strong understanding of virtual desktop technologies like Citrix, VMware Horizon, or Azure Virtual Desktop.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python for automation and support of zero-touch provisioning
