Description

You will translate enterprise end-user computing strategies into secure, high-performing endpoint and virtual workplace platforms. You own the design, standards, and modernization efforts for Windows, macOS, VDI, and endpoint management platforms. You drive OS upgrades, cloud-first endpoint management, and automation to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. You serve as the senior escalation point for complex endpoint issues, guiding root cause analysis and long-term solutions. You oversee large-scale desktop projects including OS migrations, hardware refreshes, and platform rollouts, ensuring cross-team collaboration and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and modernization of Windows, macOS, and VDI platforms.
• Drive cloud-first endpoint management and automation initiatives.
• Resolve complex endpoint issues through root cause analysis.
• Manage large-scale OS migrations and hardware refresh projects.
• Align cross-team collaboration for platform rollouts.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Hands-on knowledge of Windows and macOS lifecycle management.
• Expertise with Workspace ONE, Microsoft SCCM/MECM, and Microsoft Intune.
• Strong understanding of Citrix, VMware Horizon, or Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Proficiency in PowerShell or Python for zero-touch provisioning automation.
