You will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of records digitization projects.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and deliverable schedules.
Manage contracted vendors and coordinate with stakeholders, IT personnel, and department heads to ensure alignment.
Establish and enforce quality standards, implementing regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with IT teams to integrate digitized records into existing systems and troubleshoot technical issues.
Identify project risks, develop contingency plans, and provide regular status reports to executive leadership.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in records management, digitization, or related fields.
Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
Experience managing contracted vendors and navigating external relationships.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Strong ability to develop project documentation and maintain process standards.
Ability to liaise with security and intelligence leadership regarding vendor compliance and data security.
Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Library Science, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or Computer Science.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with medical examiner case management systems or similar technologies.
