Description

You will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of records digitization projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and deliverable schedules.
• Manage contracted vendors and coordinate with stakeholders, IT personnel, and department heads to ensure alignment.
• Establish and enforce quality standards, implementing regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate digitized records into existing systems and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Identify project risks, develop contingency plans, and provide regular status reports to executive leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in records management, digitization, or related fields.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
• Experience managing contracted vendors and navigating external relationships.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong ability to develop project documentation and maintain process standards.
• Ability to liaise with security and intelligence leadership regarding vendor compliance and data security.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with medical examiner case management systems or similar technologies.
