Description

You will lead benefits strategy and delivery, driving technology transformation and process modernization for a direct client. You own the end-to-end administration lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration between HRIS, payroll, and carrier systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive benefits administration processes to support organizational goals.
• Oversee vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, SLA governance, and performance oversight.
• Lead cross-functional projects with HR, IT, Payroll, and Compliance teams to deliver high-quality implementations.
• Set up, test, and implement data integrations to ensure accuracy of EDI transmissions.
• Manage system testing, UAT, and quality assurance to guarantee data integrity and user experience.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Benefits Strategy and Benefits Administration.
• Deep understanding of HRIS, Payroll, and Compliance frameworks.
• Proven track record in technology transformation and process modernization.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing vendor contracts.
• Strong ability to translate technology solutions into business value.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with EDI transmission accuracy and carrier system integrations.
• Background in managing long-term benefits administration transformations.
