Location : Dallas,TX - Hybrid

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5+ years is the minimum, but the hiring manager prefers candidates with significantly more relevant experience.
• Strong experience in Data Center environments is highly desirable.
• Alternatively, candidates with strong backgrounds in Finance, Community Engagement, Corporate Affairs, or similar business functions may be considered.
• Strong project management experience with demonstrated career progression.
• Experience working directly with senior leadership/executives.
• Candidates at Director level or with comparable senior-level experience can be a strong fit.
• 100% technical project managers are not the target profile.
• Candidate should demonstrate the ability to engage, influence, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.

1. Stakeholder Engagement – Ability to work with and influence multiple parties and cross-functional teams.
2. Executive Communication – Comfortable participating in executive meetings and creating presentations/leadership materials.
