Job Title: Project and Program Senior Manager_CAN

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Toronto,Canada

Qualifications and Experience:

• 8+ years of project management experience, with significant exposure to leading Finance PMO in relation to Joint venture, M&A or capital markets.
• Demonstrated experience in establishing project management best practices and governance.
• Proven track record of executive stakeholder management and communication.
• Deep understanding of JV, Joint venture, M&A or capital markets project lifecycle and activities

 

• CPA qualification or equivalent professional accounting designation or Finance operational experience is highly preferred
• Experience collaborating with external advisors, including investment banks, legal counsel, tax advisors, and consultants
• Advanced proficiency with planning and portfolio management tools (e.g., Smartsheets, Microsoft Project, Jira).
• Project Management certification required.
