Description

Build and maintain QA automation frameworks for agent interactions, Salesforce integrations, and LLM-based systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop testing methodologies for non-deterministic agent behavior and LLM response quality.
• Build and maintain QA automation frameworks using Selenium for UI and API testing.
• Create test datasets and scenarios covering edge cases in agent interactions and Salesforce REST/SOAP integrations.
• Validate agent performance metrics including accuracy, response time, and resolution rates.
• Integrate automated test suites into Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Test Automation.
• Proficiency with Selenium for UI automation.
• Experience with Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong background in QA Automation Framework development.
• Ability to develop API test suites for Salesforce REST/SOAP integrations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience testing LLM-based agents or non-deterministic systems.
