You will lead sales and advisory efforts to expand the MedTech business and practice, focusing on AI and GenAI engineering solutions.
Responsibilities
Drive pipeline growth across strategic MedTech areas including electronic and embedded systems, connected devices, and engineering.
Lead Engineering AI services sales and provide industry advisory to MedTech customers regarding AI solutions.
Orchestrate cross-functional teams from various COEs to build and optimize client engagement teams.
Conduct discovery exercises with medical device organizations to identify system challenges, product gaps, and implementation roadmaps.
Manage executive-level client steering committees, RFP responses, and program budgets to drive transformation projects.
Required Skills
13+ years of industry experience in MedTech or related sectors.
Expertise in AI, GenAI, and product/system architecture for connected devices, robotics, or orthopedics.
Proven track record of integrating AI into system design and managing medical device lifecycles from concept to commercialization for at least 3 products.
Deep knowledge of MedTech regulatory and quality standards, including FDA, EU MDD, MDR/IVDR, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, and ISO 62304.
Experience in Business Development and managing Request for Proposal (RFP) processes.
Technical understanding of In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) and Digital Therapeutics (DTx).
Strong ability to lead C-suite discussions and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
Intercultural skills and experience working across diverse functional areas like Manufacturing, R&D, and Supply Chain.
