Description

Lead business development and advisory services to relaunch the US MedTech practice, focusing on new product development and strategic sales.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive pipeline growth and Total Contract Value (TCV) targets within Surgery, IVD, Manufacturing, and Quality.
• Consult on product development strategies and design next-generation medical device solutions for customer stakeholders.
• Lead strategic C-Suite discussions and executive-level steering committee meetings to drive transformation projects.
• Orchestrate cross-functional engagement between MedTech, AI, Manufacturing, R&D, and Regulatory COEs.
• Manage RFP responses, draft proposals, and oversee program budgets and phased project execution.

Required Skills

• Minimum 13 years of industry experience with a focus on MedTech and Medical Device leadership.
• Proven track record leading end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, specifically managing more than 5 large-scale programs.
• Deep expertise in the MedTech design and product development lifecycle from ideation to commercialization.
• Experience managing more than 3 products from concept to commercialization and handling portfolio management.
• Technical knowledge of Manufacturing, Engineering, Lifecycle Management, Supply Chain Operations, and Embedded Systems.
• Competency in Verification and Validation (V&V), ISO 14971, and In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD).
• Strong business acumen for managing Request for Proposal (RFP) processes and high-level stakeholder conflict resolution.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to integrate services into existing systems to expand medical device business relationships.
