Description

You will lead the relaunch of the US Business and Practice by driving sales growth in surgical and industrial robotics.

Responsibilities

• Drive pipeline growth through surgical and industrial robotics sales and lead strategic C-Suite discussions to drive transformation projects.
• Consult on product development strategies, accelerate offerings, and design next-generation solutions for medical devices and diagnostic systems.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams across MedTech, AI, Manufacturing, R&D, and Quality & Regulatory to deliver client engagements.
• Conduct discovery exercises to baseline system challenges, identify product gaps, and develop roadmaps for implementation and monitoring.
• Lead executive-level steering committee meetings and manage conflict resolution to support change management initiatives.
• Manage RFP responses, draft proposals, and oversee project execution, budgets, and program costs.

Required Skills

• Minimum 13 years of industry experience with expertise in surgical robotics.
• Deep knowledge of AI and product/system architecture within general surgery and orthopedics.
• Technical proficiency in Robot Operating System (ROS), mechatronics, and systems engineering.
• Experience with MedTech regulatory and quality standards including FDA, EU MDD, MDR/IVDR, IEC 80601, IEC 62061, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, and ISO 62304.
• Proven ability to drive Total Contract Value (TCV) sales targets and maintain a strong pipeline.
• Strong background in business strategy, operations thinking, and stakeholder management.
• Experience in In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD).
• Ability to travel 30-40%.

• Experience in industrial robotics.
