Description

You will lead and expand a portfolio of strategic accounts generating $3-6MM in revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow key strategic accounts by identifying long-term client goals and business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for executive leaders and senior stakeholders to build enterprise-wide relationships.
  • Partner with internal cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, design, and development, to oversee SOW kickoffs and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with Program Delivery to ensure work meets client satisfaction and maintain accurate revenue forecasts in Salesforce.
  • Develop strategic account management plans to mitigate threats and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Travel up to 40% to meet client stakeholders and expand relationships within client organizations.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in client service, digital sales, or account management.
  • 8+ years of experience at a digital-first agency or consultancy.
  • 5+ years of experience within the United States Financial Services sector, such as consumer banking, insurance, wealth, or payments.
  • Proven track record of strategically growing portfolios and expanding client accounts.
  • Experience leading and operating within a matrixed organization.
  • Strong executive presence with ability to influence senior leadership through negotiation and presentation.
  • Experience managing relationships involving a global delivery team.
  • Expertise in communication, leadership, and management.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting clients within the United States B2B sector.
  • Prior people management or mentorship experience.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent consulting agency experience.
