Lead data analytics initiatives and technical advisory services for the BFSI sector.

Responsibilities

• Drive pre-sales support by developing tailored analytics proposals and responding to RFPs and RFIs.
• Execute go-to-market strategies and create targeted collateral addressing BFSI industry trends.
• Act as a technical advisor to clients, leading discovery sessions to navigate regulatory requirements and data landscapes.
• Oversee the design and implementation of advanced data analytics solutions for enterprise clients.
• Manage and mentor a team of data analysts and consultants to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in data analytics consulting.
• 10+ years in a leadership role within a consulting firm focusing on advanced analytics, Cloud, and AI.
• 10+ years of experience in pre-sales support.
• 5+ years designing solutions using Snowflake, Databricks, and Big Data tools.
• Expertise in DataOps, Data Engineering, Data Integration, Data Orchestration, and Data Marketplace.
• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
• Deep technical understanding of AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Strong experience with BI reporting tools including Power BI, Tableau, and ThoughtSpot.
• Proven track record of delivering data analytics projects for Fortune clients.
