Description

You will lead the business intelligence strategy and manage a team of BI developers to deliver data-driven insights.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the BI strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the BI development team to ensure successful project delivery.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of BI tools, systems, and analytics platforms.
• Create data storage solutions, including OLAP cubes and OLTP systems, and ensure data governance, security, and quality.
• Collaborate with internal and client teams to integrate systems and retrieve data from multiple sources.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL and MS SQL database development.
• Expertise in T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS (OLAP cubes).
• Strong knowledge of ETL processes, data warehouse design, dimensional modeling, and data mining.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI for custom reporting and dashboards.
• Experience working with AWS Data Lake.
• Proven leadership experience managing BI or analytics teams.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft SharePoint experience.
