Description

Lead product strategy and execution for a core data platform scaling to millions of users. You will own the roadmap, developer experience, and technical delivery for data infrastructure and analytics products.

Responsibilities

• Drive the roadmap and developer experience for auto-scaling compute, developer APIs, SDKs, and managed SQL/NoSQL database services.
• Lead product planning for DAP Insights, defining MVP capabilities, market opportunities, and success metrics.
• Oversee the design and rollout of solutions for data integration, warehousing, archiving, backup, metadata catalogs, lineage, and masking.
• Manage the product backlog to prioritize features that streamline operations and automate complexity.
• Lead enterprise workload migrations from on-premises environments to the cloud.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience working on medium-to-large scale products.
• Deep knowledge of ETL, Data Warehousing, and Business Intelligence processes.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL for data extraction and management.
• Experience with big data technologies, cloud platforms, and data management best practices.
• Ability to deploy frameworks for governing sensitive data assets and ensuring compliance with privacy legislation.
• Experience with data visualization tools and data inspection tools.
• Proven track record of leading teams through end-to-end activities and providing technical mentorship.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with scripting in Shell, Perl, or Python.
• Prior experience solving complex problems within the healthcare industry.
