Description

Lead IT strategy and enterprise portfolio management to align technology initiatives with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategy aligned with company roadmaps and business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for value extraction from enterprise platforms including SAP, ServiceNow, and Workday.
• Lead large-scale IT programs and projects, ensuring delivery within budget and timeline constraints.
• Prepare strategy proposals and presentations for C-level executives, articulating ROI and business impact.
• Manage department critical metrics and lead global, geographically dispersed teams in program design.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant experience in IT portfolio or program management.
• 6+ years of demonstrated leadership experience.
• Proven expertise in Program Management.
• Hands-on experience managing initiatives within SAP, ServiceNow, or Workday environments.
• Ability to measure and analyze the business value generated by IT initiatives.
• Strong capability to distill complex technical information for C-level audiences.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills for creating executive-level presentations.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in IT leadership roles focused on strategy development and value extraction.
• Background in consulting with a focus on business strategy.
• Direct experience managing SAP technologies.
