Description

You will lead the HR function for a large organization, owning strategy, talent acquisition, and compliance across India and overseas operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with company vision, acting as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational design and workforce planning.
• Oversee recruitment strategies to build a pipeline of high-caliber talent across all levels and regions.
• Implement performance evaluation systems, design compensation programs, and align individual goals with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, industry regulations, and statutory requirements while managing employee relations risks.
• Leverage HR technology and HRIS solutions to streamline payroll, talent management, and employee self-service processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience heading the HR function for a large organization.
• Strong expertise in HR practices, including labor laws, industry regulations, and HR policies.
• Proven experience managing payroll, employee self-service platforms, and HRIS implementations.
• Ability to manage HR in a multi-location or global environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on HR metrics and insights.
• Masters degree in Human Resources or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in HR practices such as SHRM or CIPD.
• Experience coordinating with academic institutions for leadership development workshops.
• Proven track record in strategic HR planning and execution in competitive markets.
