Lead IT sales initiatives targeting the Insurance and BFSI sectors, owning the full sales cycle for domain-specific solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive IT service sales within the Insurance and BFSI domains.
• Manage client relationships and sales cycles for insurance-focused IT solutions.
• Execute sales strategies tailored to General Insurance and claims management requirements.
• Develop and maintain deep domain expertise in Insurance or BFSI.
• Leverage knowledge of Claims Management, General Insurance, Actuarial Science, and Workers Compensation.

Required Skills

• 15 to 18 years of experience in IT sales.
• Proven track record working within IT services organizations.
• Deep domain expertise in Insurance or BFSI.
• Strong understanding of General Insurance and Claims Management.
• Familiarity with Actuarial Science and Workers Compensation.
• Graduate degree in any discipline.
