Description

Own the planning, building, delivery, and operation of all application integration services.

Responsibilities

• Establish the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the integration service.
• Define and deliver initiatives against challenging objectives and key results.
• Manage a global team of approximately 25 people, including Solutions Architects, Solution Analysts, Software Engineers, and Project Managers.
• Oversee personnel and non-personnel costs, including FTE headcount, hardware/software licensing, and vendor contract management.
• Mitigate service risks involving security vulnerabilities, technical debt, compliance, and software licensing.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT service delivery, technology platform management, or software engineering.
• 5+ years of experience as a leader of leaders.
• 10+ years of experience leading technical teams using agile methods.
• Bachelor’s degree in a computer science discipline.
• Experience managing API management software such as Apigee, MuleSoft, WSO2, or Kong.
• Experience managing Solutions Architects, Solution Analysts, Software Engineers, and Project Managers.
• Experience building and implementing microservice architectures and cloud-native applications.
• Background in on-prem and cloud computing, networking, and storage.
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience leading an application integration function.
• Experience with integration platform-as-a-service tools like Boomi, Workato, webMethods, or Informatica.
• ITIL certification or strong understanding of IT Service Management processes.
