Description

You will direct the strategy and execution of machine learning engineering initiatives, guiding teams to achieve business goals and drive technical strategy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop machine learning pipelines for seamless integration and deployment.
• Establish frameworks for monitoring and evaluating ML model performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement models into production.
• Identify business impacts, risks, and opportunities related to ML initiatives.
• Guide engineering teams to drive technical strategy and solve complex problems.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning pipelines using Python.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS for scalable ML solutions.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, evaluation metrics, and model lifecycle management.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Git, TeamCity, or CodeDeploy.
• Strong leadership capability to guide engineering teams.
• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline (Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or Computer Science).

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Azure cloud environments for machine learning deployment.
